My objective is to present you with a simple fee arrangement, upfront and straightforward – compensation for my TIME & EXPERTISE has stood the test of time with my clients.
A design fee (Invoiced over a period of time) and a percentage on products purchased at designer cost. Fee is determined after reviewing the scope of the project.
All details are spelled out in a Letter of Agreement.
Some clients want to be involved in every design decision, right down to the pillow tassels – and that’s okay.
Others prefer to hand off the details once the big picture has been agreed upon, if their desert home isn’t their full time residence.
I welcome your involvement at your comfort level. You can also hand me the keys, leave for the hot summer months and return to find your home ready for the season.
While you are away, we’ll talk on the phone, I’ll send you photos and we communicate through email, texting or FaceTime to document what is happening.
